Ingredients:
- 250 gm Kale
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Flakes
Cooking Procedure:
Wash Kale properly and then drain water.

Heat oil in kadai then add sesame seeds,small cut pieces of garlic and red chilly flakes until it turns light brown. Pour Kale and fry it. Add salt. Cover the lid for 5-10 mins until it is tender.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve it with white rice.
