Carrot and Green Beans Fry  


This is indeed very colorful dish and also good for health. I prefer to have it with dal rice or roti.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 35 mins


  1. 250 gm Carrot
  2. 250 gm Potatoes
  3. 250 gm Beans
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Sugar to taste
  6. 1 tsp Vegetable Masala
  7. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  8. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  9. 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder

Cooking Procedure:

Cut Potatoes, Carrot and Beans into small pieces.


Heat oil in pan then add cumin seeds to crackle in oil. Pour potatoes and carrot. Fry it for about 5 mins. Then cover the lid for 5 mins.


Then add beans with all the spices. Sprinkle with water. Cover the pan for 5-10 mins


Serving Suggestion:

Preparation is ready to serve with roti.
