Baby Corn with Capsicum Manchurian  


Yummy and everyone liked it very much.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 30 mins


  1. 4 Baby Corn
  2. 1/2 Capsicum
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 3-4 flakes Garlic
  5. 1 tsp Vinegar
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  8. 2 Spring Onion Sliced

Cooking Procedure:

Take small pieces of baby corn


Cut baby corn, onion, capsicum and garlic into small pieces.


Heat oil in pan and add garlic. Add onion and saute it. Now add capsicum and baby corn .Fry it for 2-3 mins. until it turns light brown. Pour all the spices. Stir it occasionally.


Serving Suggestion:

Garnish with spring onion. Serve it with Fried Rice.
