Stir Fried White Mushrooms  


This fast yet tasty colorful  dish is a hit with my all vegetarian friend. This  combination of carrots with white mushrooms is irresistible. This is a must-have for all mushroom lovers.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 30 mins


  1. 250  grams  White Mushroom
  2. 3 Small Size Onion
  3. 2 to 3 medium Carrot
  4. 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  5. 1 tp Vinegar
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Sugar to taste
  8. 1 tsp Chilly Flakes
  9. 2 -3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  10. 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Cooking Procedure:
Take 3 small size onion sliced, 4 to 6 medium carrots , thinly sliced and 250 grams white  sliced mushrooms.


Heat oil in pan then stir fry onions unti it turns light brown , then  add garlic. Then add carrot and mushrooms. Stir-fry until it becomes a bit soft



Stir in vinegar, salt, chilly flakes  and sugar. Add the soy sauce and continue  to stir-fry for about five minutes or until the mushrooms are cooked thoroughly and have absorbed all the spices.


Serving Suggestion:

When done, remove from heat and add the Coriander leaves for garnishing.
