Red Collard Green Fry

Cooking Time: 30 mins
- 1 Bunch of Red Collard Green Leaf
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Take good pieces of collard. Cut into small pieces. Wash it properly.
Heat oil in pan then add garlic paste. Add Collard and fry it. Cover it until it is tender. Add all the spices. If necessary add little water.
Preparation is ready to serve with rice.
