Bok Choy Fry
Bokchoy is a popular greenleaf vegetable which is used in many chinese dishes. It has a sweet flavour and good for healthy dietary.When purchasing bok choy, make sure you select stalks that are white and firm.

Cooking Time: 30 mins
- 2 Bunches Bok choy
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Red Pepper
- Sugar to taste
- 2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Wash the bok choy and pat it dry.
Separate the stalks and leaves. Cut the stalk and leaves across. Wash it and pat it dry.
Cut Red Pepper into lengthwise.
Heat oil in pan then add ginger garlic paste to crackle in oil. Add the stalks
And leaves and Red Pepper. Fry it. Then add all the spices with soy sauce. Add water as required. Cover the lid for 5-10 mins.
Serve it hot with white rice
