Veg Tawa Fry, Veg Stir Fry  


Its not easy to rush in the restuarent . So here I tried something new.

Cooking Time: 25 mins


  1. Cauliflower
  2. Egg Plant
  3. Potato
  4. Carrot
  5. Beans
  6. Green Peas
  7. Green Onion
  8. Ginger Garlic Paste
  9. Salt
  10. Sugar
  11. Turmeric Powder
  12. Vegetable Masala
  13. Chilly Powder

Cooking procedure:
Cut all the vegetables lengthwise.

 Fry all the vegetables separately then keep aside.


Put ginger garlic paste to crackle in oil then add all the vegetables with vegetable masala, salt , sugar and turmeric powder .Add water as required. Cover the pan till it is cooked.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve it with roti
