Tindora Aloo Fry  

Simple but still a satisfying fry which can be eaten either with chapathi or rice.
Serving Size: 3

Cooking Time: 20 mins


  1. 250 gm Tindora
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 1 Potato
  4. 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  5. Salt
  6. Sugar
  7. A pinch of Turmeric Powder

Cooking procedure:

Cut each tindora to four pieces lengthwise.
Cut potato and onion lengthwise also.

Put mustard seeds to crackle in oil. Then add onion and fry them till the onions turn translucent.
After that add potato and tindora become soft. Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar for taste .

Serving Suggestions:

Preparation is ready to serve. Serve with rice or chapati.
