
It’s easy to prepare. I love cauliflower and will eat it as appetizer. The recipe in I made it in Indian style. It is really a delicious flavor. Hope you all love it.

Cooking Time: 20 mins
Ingredients:
- 1 small size Cauliflower
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Green Chilly Powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- Cilantro leaves
Cooking Procedure:
Cut the cauliflower into medium size.

Make a paste of all the above ingredients and mix well.

In a large shallow baking bowl place all the cauliflower

Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.

Serving Suggestion:
Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro leaves. Serve with warm roti.
