Ingredients:
- 5 Prawn
- 1 Capsicum( Red, Yellow and Green)
- 2-3 Garlic ( Chopped and Paste)
- 2-3 Green Chilly
- 2 tbsp Besan
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- Sugar to taste
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Cooking Procedure:
Marinate fish with turmeric powder and salt.

Cut onion, and different colours of capsicum in small sizes.

Make a paste of besan, baking powder and garlic in a bowl. Then spread the paste on the fish.

Fry it . Keep it aside.

Heat oil then add chopped garlic to crackle in oil . Pour onion and all the capsicums. Saute it. Add all the spices. Cover the lid for 5-10 mins to make it soft. Atlast add the fish .

Serving Suggestions:
Preparation is ready to serve hot .
