Seer Fish Fry

Cooking Time: 40 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 2-4 pieces Seer Fish
  2. 1/2 tsp  tamarind pulp
  3. 1 Tomato
  4. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  5. 1 tsp Cornflour
  6. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  7. Salt to taste

Cooking Procedure:

Mix and mash the paste ingredients ( tomato, ginger garlic paste), tamarind pulp and cornflour  to make a fine paste in different bowl.

Rub the paste on both sides of the fish with turmeric  powder and salt. Let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.

Serving Suggestion:

Cook until golden brown. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
