Ingredients:
- 4 Seer Fish
- Salt to taste
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tbsp Fish Masala
- 2 Green Chilly
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Sugar to taste
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 30 gm Tamarind
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic Paste
Cooking Procedure:
Marinate fish with turmeric powder and salt.

Take out the pulp from tamarind and add little water into it. Take the curd and whip it nicely. And make a paste of onion ,tomato.

Heat oil in kadai then add the above paste of onion and tomato . Put ginger garlic paste. Fry it until it brown. Then put all the spices. After that it will start to leave oil . Add the beaten curd into the gravy. Stir occasionally for about 3 minutes on medium heat. Then add tamarind with some water. Lastly add the fish. Cover the lid for 5-10 mins.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve it with hot rice.

Seer is nothing but from Mackerel family. I found out both are little different from each other though.
