Salmon Fish Curry  



This fish curry really tastes as good as it looks.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 30 mins


  1. 300 gm Salmon Fish
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 1 Tomato
  4. 1 tsp Fish Masala
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sugar to taste
  7. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  8. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  9. 2 Green Chilly

Cooking Procedure:

Take the good pieces of fish and clean it with water pat it dry
Marinate with salt and turmeric powder.
Heat oil in non stick kadai and shallow fry the fish.
Keep aside the fish pieces.

Put rest of the oil in the kadai then add onion and fry it until it browns. Then add all the spices with tomato and green chilly .  After the oil comes out from the masala add fish pieces into it for boiling and let it simmer for few minutes.



Serving Suggestions:

Serve it with Rice.

    Please clarify what is in Fish Masala mix and how much of what individual ingredient is in the Fish Masala. There are a few recipies that you asked for Fish Masala. Please explain. Thank you.

      Fish Masala is a readymade mix of coriander, cumin powder etc. Otherwise you can try it with Cumin and Coriander Powder Mix.

      What kind of brand is this? I used fish masala for this recipe. However, I personally prefer to prepare spices at home to get the freshness intact.
