Flower Eggs with Bell Peeper and Onion Rings – Breakfast Recipe
This is an easy eye catching Egg recipe. Its a super quick breakfast recipe which goes well with toasted bread.
Serving Size: 2 people
Cooking Time: 15 mins
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- 1Red Pepper
- 1 Green Pepper
- Cut the onion into rings and then cut the bell pepper in the same way.
Then spray some oil in a pan and then add the rings. Put the heat on medium and then roast it. Now turn to the other side and then add the eggs.
Now sprinkle little bit of salt over it.
Put the heat on low and cook it for 2-3 mins.
- Flower egg is now done sprinkle bit of black pepper.
Enjoy Flower eggs for breakfast with toasted bread. It took me about 15 mins to prepare this dish and serves 2 people.
