Fruit Custard  


Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 40 mins


  1. 100 ml Cream
  2. 2 tsp Custard Powder
  3. 500 ml Milk
  4. 100 gm sugar (If needed add more )
  5. 300 gm mix fruit

Cooking Procedure:

Cut fruits into small pieces.


Mix custard powder and little milk in a bowl


Fresh Cream


Heat milk in pan. After boiling add sugar. Lower the heat and add above bowl mixture. Stir continously so that it does not scorch. After it comes to a boil again, take it off the heat and let it cool.


Serving Suggestion:

When the custard is cool put the fruit . Cover it with the custard and refrigerate to chill. If you want Fruit Cream, garnish it.
