Tuna Fish Curry

Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Tuna Fish
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  4. 1 Onion
  5. 1 Tomato
  6. 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  7. 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  8. 2 tbsp Coconut Milk
  9. Sugar

Cooking Procedure:

Take good pieces of fish. Marinate with salt and turmeric powder.

Fry it. Keep it aside.

Heat oil in kadai then add paste of onion, tomato and green chilly. Fry it until it brown. Then add all the spices with water.

Pour coconut milk. Cover the lid for 5-10 mins. Atlast add the fish.
