Paneer Butter Masala, Makhan Diye Paneer

This is such a yummy dish .Here how I made it

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 500 gm Panner
  2. 1 Tomato
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1 tsp Pepper
  5. 2 Green Chilly
  6. 50 gm Cashew
  7. 1 tbsp Butter
  8. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  9. 1/2 Cup Milk
  10. 50 gm Raisin
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Sugar to taste

 

Cooking procedure:

Make a paste of tomato , onion, pepper, green chilly and cashew

Heat oil, fry few paneer cubes on medium heat until golden brown. Set the paneer pieces aside.

Heat  butter and put garam masala with above paste ,salt,sugar .

 If the gravy is too thick add little water and milk with fried paneer. Let it boil for another 3-4 mins.

Serving Suggestions:

Remove from flame and garnish with Raisin.

Serve hot with simple chapati or naan.
