
This Indian dish combines fresh spinach and paneer in a creamy curry.

Cooking Time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
- Palak
- Paneer
- Cumin Seeds
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt
- Green Chilly
- Sugar
Cooking procedure:
Cut the paneer into small cubes.
Wash the palak properly.
In kadai put all the palak and stir properly
Blend the mixture in a blender to make an even thick spinach paste.
Heat oil in a pan and then light fry the paneer cubes .In a cooking pan heat the oil and fry cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, salt and sugar then add the paste palak . Cover the pan . Lastly add the fried paneer.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve hot with rice
