Mackerel Fish Curry
The result will be stunning

- 250gm Mackerel
- Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Fish Masala
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 inch of black Tamarind Pulp, Crushed
- 1 large Onion
- 1 large Tomato
- 5-6 fresh Curry leaves
- White Oil
Chop the onion ,green chilly and tomato .
Take the good pieces of fish and clean it with water pat it dry
Marinate with salt and turmeric powder. Cut it as shown in the picture.
Heat the oil in kadai then add onion until it browns. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for 10 sec then add all the masalas then add little bit of water and stir it for 1min . Add the soaked tamarind . Lower flame and add the fish pieces. Cover and cook till the fish is tender and ready to serve. Add curry leaf.
Serve hot with hot steamed white rice.
