
Simple but still a satisfying dish which can be eaten either with chapathi or rice. Kanchkolar Kofta Curry is a traditional Bengali recipe. This preparation is great for a vegetarian.

Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 Green Chilly
- 1 tbsp Maida
- 50 gm Paneer
- 1 tsp Vegetable Masala
- 1 tsp Tomato
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Cooking procedure:
Boil the green banana

After it cool down take out chilka of the raw banana. Take paneer, aloo, green banana, green chilly

Make a paste of above ingredients and make balls out of the dough

Heat oil in kadai and fry it . Keep aside

Put cumin seeds to crackle in oil . Then add the onion and fry it until it browns. Add all the spices and tomato . Lastly pour the fried kofta . Cover it

Serving Suggestions:
Preparation is ready to serve with rice
