Herring Fish Curry
Herring fish are relatively small, silver colored fish, which are found in the waters of North Pacific and North Atlantic oceans. Herring are very high in Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. They are also a good source of vitamin D.
I got this from local supermarket. There is a slated version available as well. I did not try those though. I love to try different types of fish and their taste. This fish has lots of tiny bones, you cannot debone the fish and use it as a fillet. I cooked with bones.
