Gobi Soyabean Curry, Fulkopi Tarkari

One of the most amazing preparations that I had was this preparation. My recipe is a lighter but it is still an enjoyable dish.

Serving Size: 4

Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

 

  1. 1 Small Cauliflower
  2. 1 Potato
  3. Soyabean
  4. 1 Tomato
  5. 1 Onion
  6. 1tsp SabjiMasala
  7. 1tsp Kitchen King Masala
  8. A pinch of GaramMasala
  9. 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  10. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  11. Salt
  12. Sugar

  13. Green Peas

Cooking procedure:

Soak the soyabean chunks in hot water for about 10 minutes. Drain & rinse the chunks well.

Chop the onion, potato , tomato and green chilly.

Cut the Cauliflower.

Heat the oil and fry the cauliflower and potato for about 5-7 mins.

Put rest of the oil in the kadai and fry onion until it browns then add ginger garlic paste and green chilly.

Now add all themasalas, salt, sugar and tomato and little bit of water .

When you see bubbles add the soyabean chunks . Stir.

After 5-7 mins add the fried cauliflower and potato .Then add water. Cover and cook .

Serving Suggestions:

Now ready to serve with roti.
