Butter Shrimp, Butter Chingri
A great smell from the kitchen tells you that your Butter Shrimp is done.
Serving Size: 3
Cooking Time: 45 mins
- 10-12 Shrimp pieces
- 1 Onion
- 1 Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 3-4 Garlic
Chop the onion, capsicum and garlic.
Melt butter in kadai and add the shrimp pieces with salt. Keep aside the shrimp pieces.
Put rest of the butter in the kadai and add garlic .
Light fry the onion and capsicum.
In a saute pan heat the butter and add the flour and milk . Mix well.
Mixture will become thick.
Add the above mixture in the kadai and stir properly.
Mix well and fry it for 3mins . Add shrimp and water .
Add the pepper for taste.
Now serve with fried rice.
