  1. Eggplant (Brinjal)
  2. Onion
  3. Tomato
  4. Green Chilly
  5. Cumin Seeds
  6. Vegetable masala
  7. GaramMasala
  8. Salt
  9. Sugar
  10. Turmeric Powder
  11. Ginger Garlic Paste
  12. Coriander Leaves

Cooking procedure:

Take the good pieces of eggplant. Cut the eggplant in  this way

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.Fry the eggplant. Leave them aside.

Cut the onion, tomato, green chilly and coriander leaves into small pieces.

Put rest of the oil in the kadai and put jeera to crackle in oil. Then fry them till the onions turn translucent and then add the ginger garlic paste.

Put all the masalas , tomato, coriander leaves Cook on a medium flame. Add water as required. Cover the pan till Eggplant  is cooked.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve it with roti .
