Beet Root Carrot Curry

It is a nutritious and colourful dish as well. It is very simple to prepare and tasty recipe sweetness of Carrot and Beetroot all alone in this dish.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time : 30 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 300 gm Beet
  2. 300 gm Carrot
  3. 200 gm Potato
  4. 1 Onion
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sugar to taste
  7. 1 tsp Kalo Jeera
  8. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  9. 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  10. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  11. 1 Dried Red Chilly

Cooking Procedure:

Cut onion, potato, carrot and beet into small pieces.

Heat oil in kadai then add kalo jeera and dried red chilly to crackle in oil

Put onion and fry until it browns.

Pour potato , carrot and beet root and fry it . Add all the spices  little water to boil it.Cover the lid for 5-10 mins

Serving Suggestion:

Preparation is ready to serve with roti.
