Aloo Gobi is a traditional north Indian delicacy. This recipe is very popular and very easy to prepare .

Ingredients:
- 1 medium size Cauliflower
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Tomato
- 50 gms Green Peas
- 1 Onion
- Coriander Leaf
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Salt
- Sugar
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Cooking procedure:
Cut the cauliflower, tomato, potato and onion into small pieces.

Light fry the potato and cauliflower.
Put jeera to crackle in oil then add the onion and fry until it browns. Then add the ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and sugar to taste.
Add the small pieces tomato and stir well.

Now add the fried potato , cauliflower and green peas . Mix well with water. Add the coriander leaf .
Serving Suggestions:
Preparation is ready to serve with Roti .
