It is very popular restaurant dish.

- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 Cloves Chopped Garlic (fresh is better)
- 1/2-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Brocolli
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- Salt to taste
Cut chicken breast into 1 inch strips and brocolli into small pieces. Marinate chicken with corn starch, vinegar and salt for half an hr.
Mix corn starch and water together.
Cook marinated chicken for about 6 minutes or until turns light brown.
Heat oil in pan and add chopped garlic. Stir it. Then add brocolli. Cook for about 5 mins. Then add soya sauce and cornstarch mixture. Pour chicken. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.You can add more water if sauce is thick.Sprinkle with sesame seeds.Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken starts to soak up the sauce.
Serve it with fried rice.
