
Chicken-stir-fry is a healthy dish prepared with very less oil and a lot of nutritious veggies. If you are looking for tasty diabetic and heart healthy recipes, this recipe is great. I love Chinese food so we eat often.

Ingredients:
- 300 gm Boneless Chicken
- 1 Broccoli head, separated into florets
- 50 gm Sprout
- 1 Zucchini
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tsp Pepper
- vegetable oil
- Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- Roasted Peanut
Cooking Procedure:
Marinate boneless chicken with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp vinegar. Then saute it in a lidded pan with little oil until it turns light brown.

Cut the carrot and zucchini into round shape and broccoli into small pieces.

Make a mixture of 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp vinegar,1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp red chili powder , salt and sugar to taste.

Heat oil and light fry all the above vegetables covering the lid for 5-7 mins with salt.
Put the fried chicken with the mixture of sauce.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve it hot with crushed peanut and pepper.
