Chicken Meat Ball Curry better called as koftas is basically a Mughlai preparation . This dish can also be prepared with beef, lamb , chicken or even with mixed vegetables. It is best to have with Naan,Paratha or roti. It can also be served without the curry as a starter or as a snacks.

Ingredients:
300 gm Chicken ( Ground )
1 tbsp Bengal Gram Flour ( Besan )
Salt to taste
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 BayLeaf
2-3 Green Chilly ( Finely Chopped )
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
Cooking Procedure:
Finely Chopped Onion.
Mix the ground chicken with salt, finely chopped Onion, Green chilly, and Bengal gram flour .
Make small balls.
Deep fry it until it turns brown.Care should be taken so that the ball does not break into pieces.Better to fry not more than four at a time. Once fried keep the balls aside.
Make a paste of onion, tomato, green chilly , ginger and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and bay leaf. Fry onions till golden brown. Put all the spices. Then drop the meat ball add water as required. Cook in covered lid for 10 mins.
