Chicken Manchurian

  1. 2 Boneless chicken thighs
  2. 2  cloves of garlic, finely minced
  3. 1 medium onion, finely chopped lengthwise
  4. 1 medium capsicum, finely chopped lengthwise
  5. Salt
  6. 2 tsp Soya sauce
  7. 2 tsp cornstarch
  8. 1tsp Pepper
  9. 1tsp Sugar

Cooking Procedure:

Cut onion and capsicum into lengthwise.



Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, pepper. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and keep aside .



To the same pan add garlic, onion. Stir fry this for 2-3 minutes until the onions start to brown. Then add capsicum and fry it until it  is tender. In a bowl prepare the mixture of corn starch and water. Add the chicken pieces. Pour the mixture with soya sauce. Add salt and a pinch of sugar. Add water while stirring, if necessary.



Serving Suggestion:

Preparation is ready to serve hot with white rice.
