Butter Chicken, Chicken Makhani
This was the best butter chicken I have ever made.

Cooking Time: 45 mins
1. 500 gm. Chicken
2. 50 gm. Butter
3. 1 Onion
4. 1 Tomato
5. 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
6. 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
7. 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
8. 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
9. 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
10. 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
11. 2-3 Green Chilly
12. White Oil
15. Coriander Leaf
Chop onions into chunks. In a blender or processor, put onions and Green Chillies together. Cut Tomato into small pieces.
Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Marinate Boneless Chicken with turmeric powder, red chilly powder ,coriander powder and salt for 1-2 hours.
Heat oil and 50% of butter in kadai then add the marinated chicken and fry it until it turns brown and keep aside.
In same oil pour the chopped onion green chillies and fry it until it turns brown . Add ginger garlic paste for 1 min. Then add cumin powder , turmeric powder , salt and sugar. Stir it for 10 sec and add chopped tomato. If necessary add little bit of water .
Then add rest of the Butter and chicken. Stir well till it boiled
Serve over plain rice or with naan and decorate with coriander leaf.
