Badami Chicken  



Badami Chicken / Chicken with Peanut.

Cooking Time: 45 mins


  1. 500 gm Chicken
  2. 1/4 Cup Peanuts
  3. 1/4 Cup Cashew
  4. 1 Onion
  5. 2 Green Chilly
  6. 1 tsp Red Chilly Flakes
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 50 gm Curd
  9. 1 Lemon

Cooking Procedure:

Make a paste of onion then beat the curd and crushed both the nuts in mixer



Marinate chicken with salt and lemon for about 30 mins . Then fry it and keep aside



Heat oil in pan then put the onion paste with green chilly until it browns.



Pour the fried chicken in the fried onion paste . And all the spices with water to make gravy



Serving Suggestions:

Serve with hot rice or naan
