Smashed Potato With Green Chilly  


 This is the most common Smashed Potato (Aloo Bhathe) in Bengal. It is a traditional Bengali recipe. Those who are having in diet please for one day discontinue the diet chart plan. It is the easiest way to prepare Aloo Bhathe.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time : 15 mins


  1. 2 Medium Size Potatoes
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2 Green Chilly
  4. 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
Cooking Procedure:
Cut Potatoes into two pieces.


Boil Potatoes in pressure cooker for about 1 whistle or you can Microwave as well.


Take 2-3 green chilly and mustard oil . Then mix the boiled potatoes with green chilly, mustard oil and salt.


Serving Suggestion:

Serve it with dal and white rice.
