Note Saag Bhaji, Saak Bhaja badam diye  


It is served towards the start of the meal.

Cooking Time: 30 mins
  1. Note Saak
  2. Ground nut
  3. Dried Red Chilly
  4. Garlic Paste
  5. Salt
  6. Sugar
  7. Turmeric Powder
Cooking procedure:
Pluck the good leaves of the saak .
Heat the oil in kadai then add garlic and dried red chilly
Add the saak and fry it . After that add the ground nut . If necessary add little water .
Serving Suggestions:
Serve hot with rice
