Red Potato Sweets  


This is one of my favourite dessert  foods.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 30 mins


  1. 300 gm Sweet Potato
  2. 1 tsp Maida
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 250 gm Shredded Coconut
  5. Kheer( Mithai Made)  (As Sweet as required )
  6. 2 tbsp Ghee
  7. Sugar to taste
  8. 1 tsp Cardamom  Powder

Cooking Procedure:

Take good pieces of  red potato


Cut it into small pieces and boil it

Peel it and keep aside


Now  make a dough of potato adding a pinch of flour and salt

The dough is ready to make it a small ball


Heat oil in kadai then add coconut , mithai made and sugar . Once the filling is ready keep it to cool down.As the dough is ready make it a small ball and put a small amount of filling.

Heat oil and ghee in frying pan and fry it


 Make a sugar syrup ( Dissolve 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of water with cardamom powder and boil for 5 min ). Soak in hot sugar syrup and allow syrup to be absorbed.


Serving Suggestions:

Now preparation is ready to serve .
