It`s a traditional recipe and very simple and easy to prepare. This is probably the easiest of all. Any kind of small fish or chunomaach can be used for this recipe.
Serving Size: 3-4 people
Cooking Time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
250 gm Punti fish cut and cleaned
1 Potato cut into thin slices
1 Onion chopped
Few Green Peas
Ginger finely chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic chopped
2 Green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Few Coriander Leaves
Mustard Oil
Salt and sugar to taste
Cooking Procedure:
First add fish and then all the ingredients: garlic, turmeric powder, potatoes, ginger, green chillies, green peas, onion, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, salt, sugar, and mustard oil.
Now turn on the heat and mix it well and cover the lid.
Slow cook it for about 10-15 mins.
Vegetables are dried up add a glass of water and cover the lid.
Lastly add coriander leaves and sprinkle a little bit of mustard oil.
Serving Suggestion:
Enjoy Puti Fish Dry Curry with white rice. It takes about 30 mins to prepare this recipe and serves 3-4 people.
