Bengali Puli Pithe Payesh

Puli Pithe are made in winter time sometime in Dec to Jan to celebrate Poush Sankranti. In this festival different kinds of sweets are prepared. So I made this Puli Pithe.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 2 hours

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Cup Maida
  2. 1 Cup Rice Flour
  3. 2 tbsp condensed Milk
  4. Sugar to taste
  5. 50 gm Cashew
  6. 50 gm Raisin
  7. 1 Shredded Coconut
  8. 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  9. White Oil

Cooking Procedure:

Heat pan then pour milk and condensed milk. Stir well. At last add raisin, cashew, cardamom powder and puli pithe.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve hot or cold as desserts.
