Pabda Fish Curry, Pabda Macher Jhal

This was a simple variation of cooking, all loved it.

Ingredients:


  1. Pabda Fish
  2. Potato
  3. Onion
  4. Tomato
  5. Fish Masala
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste
  7. Green Chilly
  8. Turmeric Powder
  9. Salt

Cooking procedure:

Cut the onion , tomato , potato and green chilly

Take the good pieces of fish and clean it with water pat it dry
Marinate with salt and turmeric powder.

Heat oil in non stick kadai and shallow fry the fish. Fry the potato
Keep aside the fish pieces and potato

Put rest of the oil in the kadai and fry the onion until it browns . Then add the ginger garlic paste ,salt , fish masala, turmeric powder and tomato . Add fish pieces into it for boiling and let it simmer for few minutes.



Serving Suggestions:
Serve it with Rice.
