Mulor Chechki  


Radish is mostly eaten in winter as it gives a good taste at that time. I made chechki as I am not so much fond of mulo. Chechki means shredded. It needs to prepare in low heat to make a perfect dish. Enjoy

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 30 mins


  1. 1 Radish
  2. 1 tsp Kalo Jeera
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 50 gm Green Peas
  5. Sugar to taste
  6. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  7. 1 Green Chilly
  8. 1 Dried Red Chilly

Cooking Procedure:

Wash Radish in water


Grate it


Green Peas


Heat oil add green chilly, dried red chilly and kalo jeera and let it pop up.


Then add grated radish ,turmeric powder ,salt,sugar. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 min. Stir occasionally.


Serving Suggestion:

Serve with Rice.
