Mourola or Mola Fish Fry  



This is also known as Mola Carplet. I love to make this fish as a deep fried. My husband loves to eat small kind of fish . So I made it for lunch. It’s very easy to make it and goes well with rice and dal. Hope you all will love it.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 15 mins


  1. 250 gm Mourola Fish
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  4. 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  5. Mustard Oil for Frying

Cooking Procedure:

Rub the mourala fishes on a rough surface to off the scales. Clean properly.


Marinate with all the above ingredients for 15-20 mins. Fry the Mourala fish in hot mustard oil till crispy.


Serving Suggestion:

Serve hot and crispy with rice and musoor dal.
