One of the most amazing preparations that I had was this preparation. Nowadays, we all are so busy that we don’t get time to cook this kind of complex dish as it is very hard to cut mocha. So I found the easiest way to cook it as it brings out the good flavors. The easiest way is you can get the canned mocha. It is available in any Chinese grocery store labelled as Banana Blossom in Water or Brine. I always get the water version as brines has a sour taste which is not suitable for Bengali recipes.
