Kosha Murgir Mangso

It is an easy and delicious dish. Here is a traditional recipe I made it. I remember that it was always made in Sunday by my mother. Now I stay in Toronto so I make it whenever I feel to have it. Enjoy!

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 50 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 500 gm Chicken
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1 tsp Sugar
  4. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  5. 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  6. 1 tsp Chicken Masala
  7. 2 Tomato
  8. 2 Onion
  9. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  10. 2 Green Chilly
  11. 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder

Cooking Procedure:

Make a paste of onion, tomato and green chilly. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 30 mins.

Heat oil in pan and add the marinated chicken. Fry it on low heat till it becomes dry and oil starts coming out. If needed add little bit of water.Pour all the spices.Cover the lid for 5-10 mins.  Ready to be served.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve it with hot rice or luchi.
