Kesaria Malpoa  



A sweet with kesaria malpua.

Cooking Time: 45 mins


  1. 100 gm Paneer
  2. 2 tbsp Ghee
  3. 1 tsp Baking Powder
  4. 10 Almond
  5. 10 Cashew
  6. 2/3 Cardamom
  7. 200 ml Milk
  8. 100 gm Maida
  9. Water
  10. White Oil
  11. 2 cups Sugar
  12. Kesar / Saffron
  13. Saunf

Cooking Procedure:

Take maida, crushed cashew and almond, two three pieces of cardamom.



In a mixing bowl add all the above ingredients except kesar, sugar,cardamom. Check that no lumps are formed.



Prepare the Syrup :- Boil two cups water. Add sugar. The syrup should be a little thick. Lastly add kesar and cardamom.



Once oil is hot , make a round or oval shaped malpoa. Deep fry both sides to light brown color.




Soak in prepared syrup.



Serving Suggestions:

Remove and keep aside. Serve it after meal or during snack time.
