
One of the most amazing preparations that I made. I always bring the fish egg from the fish market whenever I found the egg inside the fish, I never leave them. This is one of my favorite dish.
Serving Size: 5
Cooking Time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
- 300 gm Fish Egg
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tsp Fish Masala
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 Green Chilly
Cooking Procedure:
Marinate with salt and turmeric powder. Heat oil in non stick kadai and shallow fry the fish.ep aside the fish pieces. Marinate with salt and turmeric powder. Heat oil in non stick kadai and shallow fry it. Keep aside .

Put rest of the oil in the kadai and make a paste of onion,tomato and green chilly. Pour the paste and fry it until it browns.Then add ginger garlic paste and all the spices.After the oil comes out from the masala add fish egg pieces into it with water as required for boiling and let it simmer for few minutes. Stir well

Serving Suggestions:
Serve it with rice.

What kind of fish egg did you use? I generally use rohu fish egg. And have you use all the spices……
