Simple but still a satisfying dish which can be eaten either with chapathi or rice. It is made in every household. Now I stay in Canada so I get jack fruit only in can. Make sure you get the canned jack fruit in water and not in brine. Jack fruit which comes in the brine has a sour taste which is not suitable for Bengali recipes. You can get jack fruit in can in any Chinese grocery store.
