
It is a very famous Bengali dish. Nowadays we Bengali rarely make it in our home. But still I try to make it. Hope you all will like it.

Cooking Time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
- 3/4 Pieces Chital Mach
- 50 gm Mustard Paste
- Salt to taste
- 2/3 Green Chilly
- 2 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 bunch of Coriander leaves for garnishing
Cooking Procedure:
Take the good pieces of fish. Marinate with salt and turmeric powder.

Fry the fish and keep it aside.

Heat oil in pan then pour the paste of mustard, coconut milk and green chilly. Add all the spices.Add water as required. Cover the lid for 5-10 mins. Atlast add the fried fish. Boil it for 3-4 mins.

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice.
