This is one of my favourite dish which I can make it only in summer as parwal is available.

Cooking Time: 30 mins
Ingredients :
- 6 Prawn (Chingri) Pieces
- 1 Potato ( Alu )
- 1 Onion
- 10 Parwal ( Potol)
- Bay leaf ( tejpata)
- Cumin Seed ( White Jeera)
- 1 tbsp Cumin seed Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Sugar
- Mustard Oil
Cooking procedure:
Fry Prawn in semi heat. I used large shrimp
Chop the onion , tomato and green chillies.
Light fry Potato and Parwal
Heat oil in kadai then add cumin seeds and bay leaf. Add chopped onion fry till its slightly brown. Add cumin powder, turmeric, coriander powder then add chopped tomatoes and stir well. Add fried potato and parwal and cook for 1 min. Then add water , salt to taste and cook for about 5-6 mins.
Serving Suggestions:
Now it’s ready to serve with white rice.
