
This really tastes as good as it looks.

Ingredients:
- 500 gm Chicken
- 1 Potato
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Green Chilly
- 1 Tomato
- A pinch of GaramMasala
- 1 tsp Chicken Masala
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Sugar
- Mustard Oil
- Curd
- Red Chilly Powder
Cooking procedure:
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Allow to marinate for a few hours preferably or atleast an hour if in a hurry with onion, salt,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste, curd, red chilly powder and mustard oil.
Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Fry the bay leaf for a few seconds. Add the chicken along with the marinade and fry on medium level for about 3 minute(s) or till the chicken has lightly browned all over. Add the Potatoes and Tomatoes and stir well.
Add the chicken masala and garammasala . Mix well. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the salt sugar and water . Adjust the balance as required.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve hot with white rice or roti.
