Stuffed Chicken Parwal

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 40 mins


  1. 4 Parwal
  2. 100 gm Ground Chicken / Mutton
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Parwal Seeds
  5. Roasted 1 tsp  Cumin and  1 tsp Coriander Powder
  6. Sugar
  7. 1 Onion
  8. 2 Green chillies

Cooking Procedure:

Cut two ends of parval and scoop out seeds. Do not throw the parval seeds.


Make a paste of parwal seeds, onion, green chilly


Heat oil in pan and fry it except parwal . Make it dry. Keep it aside and cool it for 10-15 mins.


The cooked chicken when cool can be stuffed in the parwal . Make small small holes with the sharp object so that the stuffed will not come out while frying.


Serving Suggestions:

Deep fry stuffed parwal. Serve hot with rice.
