Chichinga Narkel, Snake Gourd Coconut
This is a beautiful dish .

Cooking Time: 30 mins
- 2 large Snake Gourd (Chichinga )
- 1 Dried Red Chilly
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 tsp Black Jeera
- Turmeric Powder
- White Oil
Take a Fresh Snake Gourd.
Take the knife and rub it don’t peel it .
Chop the onion and snake gourd .
Put the coconuts and green chilly into the the container of a clean coffee grinder.
Put Dried Red Chilly and Black Jeera to crackle in oil. Then add onion and fry until it browns.
Now add Snake Gourd and fry for 5mins. Then add Turmeric Powder, Salt, Sugar to taste and water if its necessary . Cover and cook well . Lastly add the coconut mixer and fry for 5-7 mins.
Now serve it with hot rice.
